This booklet contains information about gender and discrimination, an introduction to masculinities and finally guidelines on how to deal with toxic masculinities on a daily basis and also on our organizations. It invites us to reflect on the topic and to create safe and diverse spaces for everyone. This booklet is an extension to the “Free to be you and me” Toolkit and is the outcome of the international Training “Detox your Project“ organised in Madrid in May 2022 by Service Civil International Madrid.
