Kharkiv association for active youth “Stella”
The main aim of NGO Stella is to provide young people with opportunities to participate in various mobility and development projects, as well as to promote active youth engagement in civil society.
As an organization, we create diverse opportunities for young people who want to grow and take an active role in society. Our work is aimed at enhancing and enriching the social and cultural life of youth.
By taking part in various mobility projects, young people gain new knowledge and international experience, as well as enhance their personal development and acquire skills essential for professional life — such as foreign language communication, international exposure, teamwork, cultural awareness, and more.
The main objectives of our organization are:
- to support development of international exchange programmes aimed at international understanding
- to promote active participation and youth action in Ukraine
- to spread the ideas of tolerance, cultural diversity, gender equality and sustainable development
- to promote non-formal education as a tool for intercultural learning and self-development
- to inform Ukrainian youth about different volunteering and exchange programmes abroad
