This toolkit, aimed at coordinators of youth exchanges, volunteer projects, workcamps and at youth workers, provides information and tools on group management and facilitation and can be used in youth work or other relevant educational contexts. This document is based on the outcomes of an international training course that gathered 28 participants from Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Moldova, Italy, Hungary, Russia, and Ireland. During the training participants were collecting ideas and tips that could be useful for group creation and facilitation.
