This infographic is a simple guide to the role of the mentor in an LTV project. It contains the basic tasks, timeline, and tips. It can be a nice introductory document for someone interested in being a volunteer mentor! It was created during the project Grassroots Change, organised by SCI Catalunya in cooperation with 7 SCI organisations in Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe. During this project we discussed the importance of mentors in the experience of a long-term volunteer, and created this infographic as a handy guide for organisations to share with potential mentors.
